I’m Amelie, your Breathwork Facilitator with advanced health knowledge, edgy emergency background, a Registered Nurse, gifted space holder, and a trained teacher and educator.
Even though I have a true passion for nursing, the intensity of healthcare pushed me to exhaustion and frustration. Around 2016, I started to develop severe gut issues, then anxiety and insomnia (thank you year of 2020). When traditional medicine did little, I turned to integrative methods to first correct and heal my gut. I explored holistic methods to regulate my nervous system, manage my chronic stress symptoms and nourish my soul.
After years of witnessing pain and distress with patients, I discovered fascinating research on trauma and the nervous system. I have since studied the nervous system more in-depth, which included Breathwork for maintenance, resilience, and transformation.
I have used multiple holistic, evidence-based approaches to soothe the wrinkles of life, chronic stress symptoms like insomnia and anxiety. Today I continue to peel the layers off, whilst holding space for others to grow and build capacity through Breathwork.
