I’m Amelie, your Breathwork Facilitator and a Registered Nurse.

My journey began in healthcare, where years of working in high-pressure environments inspired me to seek deeper methods of healing and well-being. Through breathwork, I discovered a powerful connection between the breath and the nervous system, which transformed my approach to health.

Today, I combine my medical expertise with holistic techniques to guide others—especially caregivers—towards resilience, balance, and peace.

Together, we’ll explore how breathwork can help you return home to your authentic self, one breath at a time.
